Fees & funding

What you pay, made simpler.

Juno Childcare Academy takes part in CCFRI, so the provincial fee reduction comes off your fee automatically, and we accept the Affordable Child Care Benefit. We share our rates in person on your tour, with what your family would actually pay.

  • CCFRI

    The fee reduction, already applied.

BC’s Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative lowers the monthly fee at participating centres. Juno participates, so the reduction comes off your fee every month. You don’t apply for it, and it doesn’t depend on your income.

  • ACCB

    More help, based on income.

The Affordable Child Care Benefit is a monthly benefit for families who qualify based on income and family size. It can lower what you pay further, on top of CCFRI. Families apply online through the Province’s My Family Services, and we help you with the application.

  • Getting started

    No fees to ask.

Checking availability is free and commits you to nothing. There is no waitlist fee: tell us your child’s age and the days you need, and we call or email you about availability.

  • Your rates

Shared in person, on your tour.

What a family pays depends on the child’s age, the schedule and the funding you qualify for. On your tour we go through our rates with those already worked out for you.

Program details are set by the Province of BC and can change. The CCFRI and ACCB pages on gov.bc.ca have the current rules.

Good to know

Questions about fees.

Why aren't your rates on the website?

Because what a family pays depends on the child's age, the schedule and the funding you qualify for. We go through it in person on your tour, with the numbers for your family. There is no fee to tour or to check availability.

Can CCFRI and ACCB be combined?

Yes. CCFRI lowers the fee for every family at a participating centre, without an application. ACCB is based on your family's income and can lower what you pay further.

How do I apply for ACCB?

Online through the Province of BC's My Family Services. We help you with the application: ask us on your tour and we will walk you through it.

Is there a fee to check availability, or a waitlist fee?

No. Checking availability with Juno is free and carries no obligation.
